 · Our company responds to user requests 24 hours a day. During use, after receiving a help request, we will send personnel to the equipment site within 4 hours;

· Starting from the date of normal operation of the equipment, the after-sales service personnel of the supplier will take the initiative to contact and conduct inspections 4 times a year;

· Lifetime maintenance: we will timely inquire about the operation status of the equipment and existing usage problems, and try our best to meet the needs of the demander to ensure user satisfaction;

· Provide a variety of service contracts (preventive maintenance, flexible maintenance, etc.);

· Quality Guarantee Terms: Hongbo Company guarantees that the goods are brand-new, with high-quality materials and exquisite processing, fully complying with all the provisions on specifications and performance in the contract. Under the conditions of correct installation, operation and maintenance, the warranty period of the equipment is 12 months from the date of normal start-up and operation (the main engine rotor is guaranteed for 5 years).

· If there is any quality problem with the product within the warranty period, Hongbo Company will promptly repair or replace the relevant parts free of charge. Within the warranty period, the company provides free spare parts that need to be replaced. If the machine has any failure, our company shall provide services free of charge (including providing accessories and labor) until the user is satisfied.

· Commissioning

· Our company will send qualified and experienced technical personnel to the site for installation inspection, equipment testing and commissioning. Commissioning contents: 1. Inspect the installation and working site 2. Inspect equipment such as compressors/dryers 3. Commissioning / inspect and record the operation status 4. Provide on-site training on operation and maintenance knowledge to operators.
